TRAILER SITES We will be opening 20 sites for seasonal trailers in 2009. The plan is to have 20 very private, large lots with full services available (hydro, water, sewage) and lease the lots year to year. All of the sites will be between 70-150 feet wide with depths of up to 200 feet. Many will have beautiful waterfront views of Deer Lake. Included in the lease of each lot is full use of the cottage resort facilities which include a private beach, use of non-motorized watercraft, children’s playground and programming as well as weekly planned family activities such as BBQ’s, game nights and Sunday morning chapel services. Seasonal rates are still to be determined but should range between $2000 and $3000 depending on the site’s size and location. It is expected that bookings will begin by October and that the site will be sold out long before its opening in May 2009.
